Work outline: Responsible for liaison with local & oversea customers and shipping agent for import-export matters
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Daily operation in terms of shipment delivery to customer
Ø Calculate customer demand and control stock inventory level
Ø Issue PO to suppliers and follow up incoming shipments
Ø Response to customer purchase order
Ø Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
Ø Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Ø Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
Ø Calculate price and create quotation
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
- - Thai Nationality, Female only, ages 25-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- - 3 years experiences as sales coordinator in Logistics/Trading company
- - Have knowledge in Import and Export process
Prefer:
- - Experience in Japanese company
- - Experience in plastic materials industry

English: Advanced Conversational level
