Work outline: To support sales department and coordinate closely with customers / suppliers 

Duties & Responsibilities:
    Coordinate with Suppliers and Customers for delivery of goods
    Issuing Sales Contract / Purchase Contract
    Follow up Cargo Readiness, Arrange for delivery plan
    Input Purchase Transaction / Sale Transaction to Accounting System (SAP)
    Arrange Payment Voucher / Collection Voucher
    Manage for Collection from customers
    Reporting Sale Summary / Outstanding Contract Summary

Qualifications:
[Must]
    Thai Nationality, Female only , age 23-28 years old
    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
    1 – 2 years of working experience in Sales Coordinator (direct experience in handling sales documents)
    Good command in English
    Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
    Good interpersonal skill and friendly

Preferable:
    Knowledge in Steel specification & market would be advantage
    Knowledge in Logistic and import-export procedure would be advantage

Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsri
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17.30)

Salary: 16,000 – 23,000 THB including all Allowance
