Duties & Responsibilities:
Purchasing & Planning Coordinator
Issue Purchase order base on forecast and inventory
Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents
In charge of basic admin task in the office
In charge of import-export process
Coordinate purchasing agreements with outstanding vendor relationships
Communicate with concerned departments, vendors, and executive management to ensure procurement goals and met
Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, female, age 24-30 years old
Minimum 1-2 year experience of sales coordinator
Knowledge about trading (both imports and exports)
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Good command of the English language (Conversational to Business level)
CDD from Japanese trading company
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chitlom
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000-30,000 THB negotiable
