Work outline: Handle overall sales support tasks which includes all documentation works and other tasks as assigned to enhance the work flow in Sales Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with both domestic and overseas customers in concern with Quality, delivery, payment etc.
Issue documents such as P/O, invoices, shipping documents etc.
Sales transaction data entry
Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
Support sales team in all functions needed
Prepare report upon request from manager
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor Degree
At least 1 year of working experience in Sales Coordinator, Administration, Support
Good command in English
Ability to handle all document tasks (including import/export)
Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in trading company
Not job hopper
Knowledge in import/export product
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
