Work outline: To support sales and work closely with Sales and suppliers/customers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales transaction data entry
Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
Co-ordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
Co-ordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on time delivery arrangement to customer in local with accurately
Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
Support team work load if needed
Prepare report upon request from manager
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-32 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 2 years of working experiences in shipping tasks
Familiar with Japanese culture
Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)
Preferable:
Have working experience in Japanese company
Be able to use SAP
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level (Middle to high)
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.15 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 22,000 – 26,000 THB including all Allowance
