Work Outline In charge of Sales & Coordination task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Japanese Resident Representative
B to B Sales *Contact to HR or PIC
Real estate (Serviced apartment)
Visit & how someone over the houses to rent (by company car with driver)
Real estate market research and locate an excellent property
Participation to meetings with business partners
Contact to the Thai owner ( check contract , adjustments Schedule , etc )
Developing new and prospective clients while maintaining relationship with the existing accounts through effective means
Planning and develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue
To competency with sales call, visiting and all other necessary sales activities
Gathering market and customer information.
Handle all secretarial duties including computer work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned
Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activities follow-up and coordination

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male only, age 26 - 35 years
Bachelor’s degree
Business Level Japanese & Conversational English skill
PC Skill (MS Office) *Ability to create some documents
At least 3 year experience as a sales or experience in Real Estate Company
Have a good communication skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience to work in JAPAN
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business (N1 Level)
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 09.00 - 18.00 (Mon - Fri)
*Sometimes work on San & Sat (Get compensatory day off or OT) / Up to the Season
