Work Outline: Responsible for sales support tasks and also ensuring all import and export tariff codes for all incoming and outgoing shipments
Duties & Responsibilities:
Issue purchase order to supplier in Local & Overseas.
Check price & stock after receive Purchase Order from customers.
Issue and send order confirmation to customer and store.
Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
Prepare shipping instruction to store in order to arrange shipment
Booking vessel or Air cargo with shipping agent.
Arrange document to related department such as account and store
Accountability of factors in relation to shipping guidelines in the country
Control import status on a daily basis by coordinating with warehouse
Responsibility to ensure all import and export tariff codes for all incoming and outgoing shipments
Contact to supplier in order to follow up import document
Co-ordinate with vendors to make sure of shipping mark and shipping document
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female only, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor degree in any related field
3 years of working experience in related field
Good command in English
Computer skill (MS. Office)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Acknowledge of Customs Clearance / BOI (Chemical product in advance) / DIW documents
Control for bonded dealing, dangerous goods and license
Being a good team-player
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation (TOEIC 500+)
Japanese: Prefer
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Mon.-Fri)
