Responsibility:
Handle overall sales documents
Receive and take orders from clients
Prepare and handle sales documents and which included P/O, tax invoice, and follow up delivery schedule with clients and factories
Handle and manage internal and external queries from clients
Liaise with customers and sometimes shipping agents
Other tasks which assigned by manager
Qualification:
•Female, Age between 22 - 25 years old
•Thai Nationality Only
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or other related fields
•Fresh graduates OR 1 yr. exp. as Sales Coordinator / Administrator or related fields
•Good command in English
•Enthusiastic and strong self-motivated
•Able to work under pressure
•Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
Language Skill:
*English in Advanced Conversation Level
Workplace Area:BTS Phloen Chit
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.30 – 17.00)
About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000-20,000 THB/ Month
