 Work outline: Sales assistant of semiconductor devices

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client.
Ø    Processing all sales-related paperwork.
Ø    Receive Order from client and input in ERP system
Ø    Support for sales and marketing activities for promote the revenue    
Ø    Gathering market and customer information.
Ø    Keeping track of sales targets
Ø    Answering phone calls
Ø    Updating PO to Supplier and track the progress

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality , Female only, age 25-30 years old
Ø    Bachelor’s degree
Ø    More than 2 years’ experience as a sales assistant
Ø    Have computer skill (MS Office, Email, etc.)
Ø    Advance English skills (Conversational level)

Prefer:
Ø    Experience in Japanese trading or shipping/ Import or Export company

Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: MRT Sutthisan
 Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
