Preparing the document for sales, coordination of internal

Communicate with sales person and customer well, then making quotation or necessary documents for customer
The sales coordinator must liaise between customer and other departments to provide high quality service
Cooperate with headquarter in Japan in case it’s necessary in the operation
To record monthly sales report including business trends and forecast of car production volume
Organize and maintain sales documents with a systematic manner
Report problems regarding sales or any related issues to direct supervisor
Checking accuracy of calculations, prevent mistakes
Attending the company meeting
Complete other duties which are assigned by supervisor
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, Age 26-32
Bachelor's Degree any related field is better
Minimum 2 years experiences as sales coordinator.
Good command of English
MS Office skill
[Prefer]
Experience of working for trading company
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversational
Workplace Area: Asok, Bangkok
Working Hour: 08.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
