Work Outline: In charge of sales to develop the business with searching new customers
Duties & Responsibility:
Customers : Construction company especially for Condominium/Building/Commercial Facility
Meeting and present the product and service to client
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails or visit
Search new customer to meet the target
Expanding customer base and market growth opportunities
Prepare the proposal, quotation, contract and all paper work
Follow up the process from start Project until complete
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 30-50
5-10 years experience as Sales
Have knowledge about customers for Thai construction company, especially Condominium/Building/Commercial facility
Have connection with Construction company/Owner of Building/Commercial facility
Good command of English
Have a driver license
[Prefer]
Have a knowledge for electrical field
Languages skills
English: Adcanced conversational
Workplace Area: Navanakorn / Pathumthani
Working Hour:8:00 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000THB – 100,000THB
