<Job Responsibilities>
Essential job duties
- Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
- Increase clients engagement and loyalty by conveying the company's values
- Maintain outstanding customer service as per company's standards

Sales / Performance
- Achieve sales target through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, contributing to the global team performance
- Identify customers expectations and complete the transaction successfully
- Demonstrate team work for all kinds of corporation
- Monitor sales targets and department performance on daily and monthly basis

Client Development
- Be confident to develop and maintain strong relationship to ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service throughout
- Represent the boutique in greeting customers and provide pleasant customer service
- Fill out and update the client book, build relationship with customers

Back Office support
- Provide support in stock management
- Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising housekeeping and the company's standard within the boutiques

Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 29 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7++ years of experiences of Sales in luxury brands
- Excellent command of verbal English skills
- Computer literacy a must
- Excellent cross-selling skills
- Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Mandarin speaking: HSK4 and above

English: Business Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Siam ,Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-16:00(5 day-off/ month, including public holiday - compensate by changed day off Monday-Sunday1st shift: 09.00 - 18.00 hrs. 2nd shift 11.00 - 20.00 hrs. 3rd shift 12.30 - 21.30 hrs. )

- ขายสินค้าและมีส่วนสนับสนุนการเติบโตของยอดขายในร้าน
- เพิ่มความผูกพันและความภักดีของลูกค้าด้วยการถ่ายทอดคุณค่าของบริษัท
- รักษาการบริการลูกค้าที่โดดเด่นตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท

ยอดขาย / ประสิทธิภาพ
- บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายด้วยการใช้เทคนิคการขาย ความรู้ลูกค้า และสินค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีส่วนช่วยในการปฏิบัติงานของทีมทั่วโลก
- ระบุความคาดหวังของลูกค้าและทำธุรกรรมให้สำเร็จ
- สาธิตการทำงานเป็นทีมสำหรับองค์กรทุกประเภท
- ติดตามเป้าหมายการขายและประสิทธิภาพของแผนกเป็นรายวันและรายเดือน

การพัฒนาลูกค้า
- มั่นใจในการพัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้นเพื่อให้ลูกค้าแต่ละรายได้รับบริการที่สม่ำเสมอและเป็นมืออาชีพตลอด
- เป็นตัวแทนของบูติกในการทักทายลูกค้าและให้บริการลูกค้าที่น่าพึงพอใจ
- กรอกและอัพเดทสมุดลูกค้า สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า

การสนับสนุน Back Office
- ให้การสนับสนุนในการจัดการสต็อก
- ดูแลพื้นที่ขายและภาพลักษณ์ของร้าน
- รักษามาตรฐานสูงสุดของการดูแลทำความสะอาดภาพสินค้าและมาตรฐานของบริษัทภายในร้านบูติก

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 29 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ขายแบรนด์หรู 7++ ปี
- ทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ต้องมี
- ทักษะการขายต่อเนื่องที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- มีใจรักบริการ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถทำงานอิสระได้
- มีความหลงใหลในความหรูหราอย่างแท้จริงและมีความสนใจในอุตสาหกรรมค้าปลีกและแฟชั่น
