Sales Associate (Siam Paragon) (20K-25K) (SDG-40802)
<Job Responsibilities>
Essential job duties
 Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
 Increase clients engagement and loyalty by conveying the company's values
 Maintain outstanding customer service as per company's standards
Sales / Performance
 Achieve sales target through effective use of selling techniques, client ling and product knowledge, contributing to the global team performance
 Identify customers’ expectations and complete the transaction successfully
 Demonstrate team work for all kinds of corporation
 Monitor sales targets and department performance on daily and monthly basis
Client Development
 Be confident to develop and maintain strong relationship to ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service throughout
 Represent the boutique in greeting customers and provide pleasant customer service
 Fill out and update the client book, build relationship with customers
Back Office support
 Provide support in stock management
 Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store
 Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising housekeeping and the company's standard within the boutiques
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 At least 1 of retail sales experience or Client Service Business, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting.
 Good command of Thai and can communicate in English
 Computer literacy a must
 Excellent cross-selling skills
 Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
 Able to work independently
 Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Fluency in one or more foreign languages a plus, Mandarin Chinese preferred

Workplace Area: BTS Siam, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(5 day-off/ month, including public holiday 2 shifts for Mon-Thu/ 9.00-18.00 and 11.30-20.30 2 shifts for Fri-Sun/ 9.00-18.00 and 12.30-21.30)
