Sales Assistant (Trading/Japanese Speaking) (22K–25K) (SDG-117635)

<Job responsibilities>
- Input orders, stock levels, and customer Data into the Excel files or SAP system for tracking and processing.
- Create purchase orders, Ensuring the accurate recording of product quantities, pricing, and customer information.
- Issue debit notes to adjust the amounts owed by the customer.
- Issue trading documents: These might include contracts, Sales agreements, and other official documentation that outlines the terms of sale and shipment.
- Taking care of Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese clients
- other tasks as assgined


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 1 year as a Sales assistant or Sales admin in trading or manufacturing company
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Conversation Middle Level in English (mainly used for sales documents and communication with clients and internal via e-mail)
- Conversation Middle to High Level in Japanese (N3 up/Use for communicating with Japanese Report Line and team member)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Powerpoint)
<Preferable skill/Experience>
- SAP Experience
- Immediate employment possible
- Cheerful, Sociable, Responsible
- Fast learner

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
