Responsibilities:

• In charge of Sales Staff Guidance/Report coordinating with the Manager
• Assist the sales management, validation and guidance, operating status and sales report
• Responsible for the instructions of Inventory Control (quantity, delivery), delivery management (consignment company use)
• Responsible for the instructions of quality management (proper verification, validation and improvement), waste management, etc.
• Mainly in charge of the leading manufacturer clients i.e. Honda, Kubota, Yamaha, Toyota Motor, Isuzu Motor, etc.
• Assist the business development with the new clients (Japanese companies)
• Visit the clients with the Sales staff when necessary
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Qualification:   

• Male/Female, Thai Nationality, Age 30-50
• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in Automotive Sales as a Supervisor
• PC Skill (MS Office)
• Staff Coaching Experience
• Able to visit clients in the suburb areas (1-2 hours from Bangkok)
• Japanese speakers
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal & communication skills
• Great leadership with excellent presentation skills
• Work experience in automotive manufactures (Sales/Management)
• Driver license with his own car (Negotiable)
