Work outline: Overall of sales activities and manage a team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To achieve Department Booking Target and Sales Target
Ø Maintaining & promoting Customer Satisfaction
Ø Developing sales strategy in order to retain a competitiveness in the market
Ø Approaching new potential customers and distributors
Ø Managing sales team in terms of team performance and individual KPI
Ø Launching sales activity to promote products & services (e.g. industrial product, field instrument, control valve, DCS)
Ø Participating in manager meeting (fortnightly) and report sales performance of team to top management
Ø Continually learning new launched products and educating to sales team
Ø Cooperative in activity of any Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 33-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
Ø At least 5-7 years of sales experience in automation & control, field instrument, industrial product
Ø Having competency in Sales & Profitability Management, Planning & Organizing skills
Ø Good presentation in English
Ø Strong innovative and achievement-oriented people
Preferable:
Ø Having experience in EPC sales and connection
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Phra Ram 9
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 80,000 THB negotiable
