Work outline: Responsible for all documentation tasks to support Sales Department and JP MD
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Visit clients mainly in Bangkok and industrial area with JP MD and act as middle person interpreter between JP MD and Thai clients
Ø New Business Planning with JP GM such as importing new product, analyzing market and sales channel
Ø Create channel to expand business with JP GM
Ø Coordinate with clients and JP HQ via email/telephone
Ø Sales documents (P/O, Quotation)
Ø Coordinate with supplier
Ø Other tasks as per assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 23-30 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø 2-3 years’ experience in Sales Coordinating, Marketing or Interpreter/Translator related fields
Ø Good command of English both spoken and written
Ø Excellent command of Japanese both spoken and written
Ø Can Do attitude and willing to learn
Ø Can work under pressure and flexible
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level
Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: 9:00 - 17:40 (Mon – Fri) *Work on Saturday 7 times in 2018
