Work Outline: Assist Japanese manager (Preparing documents and interpreters)
* Sometimes going out with Japanese manager
Duties & Responsibility:
•Handle all secretarial duties include computer work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned.
•Interpretation required for meetings and document translation (Thai and Japanese
•Organize and coordinate meeting, conference and visitor both local and regional
•Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activity follow-up and coordination work
•Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
•Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
•Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports
•Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
•Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Male or female, age 24 - 28, Thai nationality
•Bachelor degree in Japanese or any related field
•Experience in working in Japanese or any related company (min 1 Year)
•Good command of English and Japanese to speak in company and concerned parties

•Experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Basic level
Japanese: Business level (N3-N2 level)
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asoke (MRT) Sukhumvit
Working Hour:8:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) *Plan
