Sales Assistant (BKK Branch, Welding Division) (20K–25K) (SDG-118576)

<Job responsibilities>
- Coordinate with shipping for both Import and Export process.
- Responsible for coordinating tasks between Sales and clients.
*Have task which contact directly with client
- Coordinate with suppliers for smooth delivery process.
- Coordinate with customers
- Documentary work; shipping documents such as Export Invoice, Sales documents ex. Quotation, Purchasing Order, payment related document such as invoice, billing etc.
- Monitor inventory control.
- Collect & input all Data/ information in Company system.
- other tasks as assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1-2 years experience as Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator / Sales Administration (Manufacturing or Trading, any tangible products)
- Experience in Import and/or Export (one side Experience is acceptable)
- Conversational Middle to High level in English (coordinate with internal Japanese report line, coordinate with suppliers and clients (mainly email, documents)
- Good computer skills in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong coordination & negotiation skills, able to solve unexpected difficulties
- Good relationship and networking with customer and co-workers
- Experience of Import and Export processes
- Experience in Manufacturing field
- Having Experience related to Accounting tasks such as invoices, billing, etc.
- knowledge or Experience of Navision

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday)
