Support Sales staffs for various tasks related to Import / Export.
Job Detail
Response to customer purchase order in professional manner
Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
Control inventory level in order to fulfill customer order without fail
Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, tax etc.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality Only, Female ,Age 24 - 35
More than 2years experience of Sales Assistant in trading company.
Good command of English ( To make document , To communicate with Japanese Manager )
Multi-tasking
[Prefer]
Experience in Japanese company related to Manufacturing.
Interest to Trading business
Languages skills:
English: Conversation level
Workplace Area: Asok / Bangkok
Working Hour:8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
