Duties & Responsibility
【Outline】In charge of Sales Assistant/Coordinators Tasks to support Sales Depart-ment (Sales Documentary & Delivery Control )
【Detail】
Manage the order processing and order leadtime.
Handling with order entry.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and e-mail
Control delivery and current expenses.
Corporate with sales and forwarders.
Checking stock and control stock balance.
Do the reports including Stock Bisco, Estimated Sales and Buy and Profit.
Forecast usage and update products.
Provide the preliminary problem solving to the customers.
Update current quotation and price list.
Handling with shipping and billing document.
Input data to computer system.
DG and RoHs training.
Desired skills & experiences:
(Must)
Thai Nationality Only, Female Only Age: 25– 35
At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales especially in Trading Company (for Electronics Parts/Automotive) Assistant
Also good in written and spoken English.
(Preferable Qualification)
Bachelor's degree in any field would be accepted.
Strong Minded, and Flexible to do multi-tasks in job
Knowledge in Policy ISO 9001, 14001, DG & RoHs, Energy saving in office.
