Sales Assistance Manager (Machine Parts) (40K–50K) (SDG-115504)
<Job responsibilities>
- Focusing on increasing Sales, leading the team to achieve targets, and expanding into new markets
- Research potential markets, clients, and business opportunities.
- Assist in formulating strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Support in creating tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
- Develop and enhance customer relationships and opportunities, and appropriately report to the subordinates, other Department Managers, and upper Management the progress.
- Capture customer’s needs from the consultation, and turn it into a business opportunity by offering a solution.
- Monitor cost of Sales to ensure that the profit contribution meets the growth objectives of the company.
- Execute sales strategies to increase client base and market share and deal with customer's requests.
- Follow up and solve Sales problems to be able to meet the customer's needs.
- Maintain accurate Sales records, including forecasting and budgeting.
- perform Preparing quotations and Follow up on Sales inquiries/proposals from customers.
- Others are assigned by the Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Petrochemical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineer
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Sales Engineer in any manufacturing industry
- Must have working Experience with machine parts, pumps, valves, cooling towers, HVAC, Heat pumps, Boiler
- At least 3-5 years of experience in management level as a Supervisor or higher
- Conversational high-business level of English (report in English with Malaysian director)
- Strong knowledge of engineering such as inspecting machines, calculations etc.
- Have a driving license and own car
- leadership skills and the ability to Work collaboratively in a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a Strong commitment to achieving success.
- Adaptability and Proactive attitude toward challenges.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- have Experience in hunting new customers (business Development)
- Can start working on April 2025
