Sales and Marketing Staff(Real estate) (28K–38K) (SDG-116113)

<Job responsibilities>
1. Marketing Activities
- Portal Site Management
- Listing and updating properties on real estate Portal sites (e.g., DDproperty, Hipflat)
- Handling inquiries, analyzing responses, and proposing improvements
- SNS Marketing (Mainly Facebook)
- Posting property information and Managing targeted ads
- Analyzing engagement and implementing improvement strategies
- Communicating with followers
- Participating in networking events and exhibitions
- Planning and Managing print media and billboard advertisements
2. Sales Activities
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Arranging and accompanying property viewings
**When going for property viewings, you will primarily use either the train or a taxi.
- Understanding customer needs and proposing the most suitable properties
- Negotiating lease/Sales contracts and Supporting the contract process
- Providing follow-up Support after contract signing
- Gathering information, assessing, and registering rental and sale properties
- Providing Feedback to owners and proposing improvements
3. Support Japanese manager
- Manage oversees Asian operations in countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Therefore, there may be occasions when you need to Support projects outside of Thailand.
- Other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 34 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelor's degree at any field
・At least 3 years of working experience in an Online marketing position in any industry
・Conversional high level of English to communicate with the report line and some foreign national customer
・Someone who can be interested in a wide range of tasks
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in marketing within the real estate industry

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Phra Khanong
Working Hour: 10:00-19:00(Two-Day Weekly Off System, There may be days when customer support is required on weekends and public holidays. In that case, you will be given compensatory time off on a weekday)
