Work Outline: Sales and Marketing Officer in Construction Industry
Duties & Responsibility:
Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
Visit clients around Chonbri or Rayong (twice a week) by company’s car with self-driving
Visit both potential and existing clients to grow the business bigger in Japanese
Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Developing and implementing an internal marketing programmer.
Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male/Female, Thai Nationality, age between 25 – 32 years.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience related to sales & marketing (Construction Industry is advantage).
Good in communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with clients and concerned departments.
Ability to work independently, accurately and under pressure.
Good command of Japanese & English
Have a own car & driving license
Good in computer literate in MS Word, Excel
Languages skills
English : Conversational level
Japanese : Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Sriracha/ Chonburi
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 30,000-65,000 THB/ Month
