Work Outline: Sales administrators play a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare Quotation for new requirement, cost down simulation, quarterly exchange rate.
Monitor claim and complaint issue by coordinating with concern department (QA, Delivery, etc.) in order to solve problem.
Analyze customer’s forecast data to ensure the accurate information, input to company system and report to Japanese Manager.
Making monthly sales estimation base on customer’ forecast and market’s information and monitoring order to achieve sales target.
Responsibility of customer’s order for delivery on time and negotiating with customer for appropriate L/T, schedule and forecast to prevent the production’s line stop.
Coordinate with Japan HQ, factory and oversea branches (in English) for getting support customer’s requirement such as stock allocation, price information, etc.
Document Support to customer such Environment data, specification, etc.
Monitoring order cancellation and excess stock control.
Making yearly sales budget of next year base on customer’s and market’s information.
Find out new customer and maintain current customer in order to increase sales and profit.
To getting customer’s satisfaction by maintaining and developing relation
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 3 years’ experience in the field of sales in electronic parts
Fluent in English
Excellent of using the computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Able to work under pressure and work as team
Adjustable personality, High motivation and positive thinking
Have own a car and license
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational level

Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 – 33,000 THB negotiable
