Work Outline: Provide administrative support mainly document for import
Duties & Responsibility:
Handle and prepare sales quotations, purchase order, etc.
Take care of customers’ inquiries and complaints
Compile of sales reports and other related reports as well as prepare marketing presentation materials
Coordinate on delivery schedule and handle all shipping documents, contact with freight forwarder with strong knowledge of incoming procedures
Manage general office administration such as booking of air tickets and hotels for guests, office supply management and take care of clients and other visitors to the Company
Work closely with GM
Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 27-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration
At least 5 years’ experience in import documentation process, sales & marketing industry
Has initiative and is able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office skills (MS Words, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Driving license and own vehicle

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangna
Working Hour :: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
