Be able to get high commission ( There is staff who gets over 200K THB per month by commission)
Work outline: In charge of Sales Activity of Real Estate (Rental)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Extend new business scheme with potential customer *European (10%) / Japanese (90%)
- Contact customer Introduced by Existing customer (50%)
- Visit or telephone screening potential company (mainly small businesses) (50%)
Hearing customers’ needs
Introduce and Explain the information of Real Estate
Visit real estate with customers including outside Bangkok by Company Car *with driver
Coordinate with existing customer and keep healthy relationship
Coordinate between Japanese customers and Thai owners.
Support and Take care of Japanese customer to visit Apartments or Offices
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male only, age 22-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree
English: Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level *N2~
** English: Business / Japanese: Conversation N4~ is also OK
Fresh graduate is welcomed
Strong hearing skill to get customer’s demand
Be able to work independently
Strong communication skill to make relationship widely
Preferable:
Have experience of Sales in any fields
Have experience of B to C Sales
Languages skills
English: Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level *N2~
Workplace Area: BTS Prom Phong
Working Hour: 9:30 – 18:30 (Mon –Sat)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB plus High Commission
