Created new recruitment channel and new projects to support recruitment function for more efficiency

Responsible for all recruitment and selection activity to support company’s manpower Prepared job announcement and published in website accuracy and appropriately
Screen and interview qualified candidates for job positions as assignment till recommendation placement of candidate by working with the line managers in order to ensure recruiting the best candidate
Conduct Interview session and assessment by coordinating schedules
Follow up recruitment agencies to provide quality candidates within target lead time to close the recruitment process and within budget
Cultivate relationships with university or institutions for collaborative projects and recruitment activity
Handle in employment process and Pre-HRM for New Hire
Prepare monthly recruitment reports for HR Committee Meeting
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Female only, Age 30-34 years old.
At least 3 years’ experience in Recruitment field.
Knowledge of Recruitment systems and Recruitment Channel.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proactive, highly self-motivated, positive attitude.
People & Team oriented and Result-driven
Good Command in English.
[Preferable]
Bachelor degree in related field. (Public Relation, Mass Communication or Marketing will preferable)
Good personality and has communication and negotiation skills.
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area:Bangrak, Bangkok
Working Hour:8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 35,000-45,000 THB/ Month
