Work Outline: Be representative in meeting and greeting incoming and outgoing visitors
Duties & Responsibilities:
In charge of responding to both domestic and international call
Screening, directing external call to responsible person, take memo and relay messages (English –Thai) in accurate manner
Screening, Greeting, and advice company’s visitors and guide the associates to designated destination
Monitoring and screening visitors access and maintain security awareness
Organizing conference and meeting room booking and managing facility usage to meet its capacity including co-ordinate meeting and organize catering
Scheduling and maintain appointment, appointment dairy manually or electronically
Support General Administrative task including general documentation, mail sorting
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 22-27 years old
Bachelor's degree in Arts (Business English, Japanese, Korean, etc.) or Tourisms and Hotel Management ***Not from other Business faculties***
1 year of working experience as Receptionist or other related fields
New graduated is also welcome
Good command in English
Excellent interpersonal skill
Energetic and active
Preferable Skill / Experience
Good organizational skills
To maintain a neat and tidy personal presentation
A friendly and helpful manners
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17.00 (Working Hour 7.25 hours) (Lunch break 12:00 – 13:15)
