R&D Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor @Chonburi (38K-50K) (SDG-26840)
<Job Responsibilities>
To be responsible for all technical aspects of new product development, product line extension, technical improvement projects
Lead technical improvement projects in view of quality, productivity, cost control such as improving the formula, new process, new raw materials for existing products
Review, monitor and evaluate all technical improvement activities.
To questions processes, procedures and policies.
Fully investigates, develops, and presents alternatives for implementation
To manage subordinates
Attend meeting in both Bangkok and Amatanakhorn
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biology or related field
At least 5 years’ experience to develop a formula of milky lotion, cream, soap, shampoo, detergent in OEM company
At least 3 years management experience
Having experience and knowledge of scale up the production
Having knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO
Having knowledge of microbea
Conversational level of English
Be able to commute to BKK and CBR
Depends on working schedule
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having experience in Japanese company
