Quality Engineering Manager (40K–70K) (SDG-115877)

<Job responsibilities>
- Plan operations to control quality.
- Plan operations for new product introduction or changes.
- Control process capability and measurement methods.
- Control incoming products.
- Control measuring instruments and tools.
- Prepare reports on new models and new tasks, ensuring that all requirements and standards are met.
- Visit customers, as per opportunities.
- Coordinate with various teams to Ensure smooth transition and integration of new models into production.
- Continuously Monitor and improve quality control processes to maintain high standards of performance.
- Provide Support and guidance to the team regarding quality-related issues, ensuring consistent product excellence.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in production quality control.
Knowledge of product/raw material quality control and assurance.
- Expertise in high-pressure diecasting techniques for aluminum parts.
- knowledge of drawings according to GD&T.
- knowledge of measuring instruments and testing, including calibration.
- Knowledge of Core tools and Internal audit according to the IATF 16949 system.
- knowledge of change control processes.
- knowledge of customer requirements.
- Knowledge of the company’s production process, from raw material receipt to delivery to customers.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Conversational high level of English (use for communicate with Japanese report line and client, and do the report)

Workplace Area: Bang Bo, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 7:45-16:45(Monday - Friday (Sat: 1-2 times / month, depending on the company calendar))
