Work outline: Responsible for Quality control in laboratory. Helping and supporting in set-up process

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    New set up analytical lab
Ø    Quality control, analyzes lab test result and analysis control chart
Ø    To provide working standards are respected during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality, and respect of the product)
Ø    Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
Ø    Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as ISO9001
Ø    Support the Quality Inspections to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system
Ø    Summary quality monthly report following KPI to monitoring
Ø    Internal audit, supplier audit and external including customer audit
Ø    Calibration implements in laboratory and verification laboratory equipment
Ø    Manages and to monitor competences for QC team and develops its autonomy (training plan building, follow-up & training actions implementation)
Ø    To ensure the actual operations are correlated to standards
Ø    To do daily, weekly & monthly meetings
Ø    Perform OJT of QC teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented
Ø    Approval for COA and/or make COA
Ø    Internal certification of employee analysis skills



Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality, Male, age 35-45 years
Ø    Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Ø    At least over 8 years in QC or Laboratory in Chemical or Petrochemical plant.
Ø    Have knowledge in laboratory equipment (Chemicals Technology).
Ø    Communication in English for spoken, read and written \ preferably Japanese language will be advantage
Ø    Knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO9001) or ISO14001, OHSAS 18001
Ø    Able to come to work in Rayong area. (Maptaput Industrial Estate).

Preferable Skill / Experience
Ø    Advanced skill in MS Excel would be advantaged.
Ø    Experience in new set up company.
Ø    Japanese Language skills N3 or higher is preferable.

Languages skills
English: Conversational to Advanced Conversational (Negotiable)
Japanese: Advanced Conversational (N3 – N1) (Preferable)

Workplace Area: Rayong
Working Hour: 08.00 - 17.00 (Mon - Fri)
