Work Outline: Responsible for quality of various new condominium projects
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with a partner company (Condominium developer) to design and install QC programs.
Ensure quality by managing staff and sub-consultants engaged in carrying out investigations, structural inspections and assessments, and the design and preparation of contract documents for structural engineering works and construction supervision.
Support the partner company with any technical related matters.
Collect required documents regarding to architectural technology
Share and report to Singapore branch by creating materials.
Work with geotechnical engineers to investigate ground conditions and analyze results of soil sample and in-situ tests
Examine structures at risk of collapse and advising how to improve their structural integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the entire structure
Consider the strength of various materials, e.g. timber, concrete, steel and brick, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design;
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female , Age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
At least 8 years experiences listed below
・QC (Quality control) , Construction supervision or Structural Designing in Main Contractor
・Construction supervision in construction consulting company
Preferable Skill / Experience
Japanese language skill
Experience in Japanese Construction Company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation

Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Mon - Fri) *Plan
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 100,000 THB negotiable
