Work outline: Taking care of company’s overall quality control and operation
Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer claim
Ø Meeting clients to acknowledge the problem, immediately conduct action to prevent major situation
Ø Receive defective part from customer and forward it to supplier
Ø Make investigation schedule and submit to customer
Ø Follow up analysis report from supplier and submit to customer
Ø Sort and rework stock at customer's side and company’s warehouse
New model
Ø Have a meeting with customer to get the latest information of new & current project
Ø Receive and check PPAP docs from supplier
Ø Summarize PPAP docs to submit to customer
Ø Summarize PSW docs to submit to customer
Ø Register MSDS in customer's system
Ø Receive and check inspection report from supplier and submit to customer for each event
Packaging
Ø Plan packaging specification for each project and Make packaging standard
Engineering document
Ø Download data from customer's system
Ø Summarize/Check PCR/ECR document from supplier to submit to customer
Ø Get an approval from customer and support customer requirement
Customer requirement
Ø Manage each inquiries from customer after collecting the information from supplier
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male only, age 24-27 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
Ø More than 2 years in automotive engineering/ QA, QC/quality experience
(Car maker /Automotive part supplier)
Ø Driver’s license (Company provides car)
Ø Able to travel in job (visit clients)
Prefer:
Ø Have knowledge, such as Rubber, Chemical, etc.
Ø ISO:9001 knowledge
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng/MRT Si Lom
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17.00
