Able to deal with major Japanese automotive and chemical manufacturers
Able to work in the company listed with first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
Able to obtain some kind of knowledge, such as Rubber, Chemical, etc.
Work Outline: You will have the duties and responsibilities that are normally associated with the position described above and additional responsibilities as may be prescribed by the Company from time to time
Duties & Responsibility:
Customer claim
Have a meeting with customer to confirm the situation and to decide each action plan.
Receive defective part from customer and forward it to supplier
Make investigation schedule and submit to customer
Follow up analysis report from supplier and submit to customer
Sort and rework stock at customer's side
Sort and rework stock at our warehouse
New model
Have a meeting with customer to get the latest information of new & current project
Receive and check PPAP docs from supplier
Summarize PPAP docs to submit to customer
Summarize PSW docs to submit to customer
Register MSDS in customer's system
Receive and check inspection report from supplier and submit to customer for each event
Packaging
Plan packaging specification for each project
Make packaging standard
Engineering document
Download data from customer's system
Summarize/Check PCR/ECR document from supplier to submit to customer
Get an approval from customer and support customer requirement
Customer requirement
Manage each inquiries from customer after collecting the information from supplier
Qualifications:
[Must]
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
More than 2 years in automotive engineering/quality experience (Not only car maker but also automotive part supplier is acceptable)
Driver’s license (Company provides car)
Able to travel in job (visit clients)
[Preferable Skill]
Have knowledge, such as Rubber, Chemical, etc.
ISO knowledge
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30AM – 5:00PM (Monday to Friday)
