<Position Objective/Expectation >
・Taking care in QA&QC activity
<Job Responsibilities>
・Supplier development to ensure delivery of good quality of material, parts to MPT.
・Finished product with Customers requirements.
・Report to department manager. Support data and evidence for new project, APQP Team.
・Monitoring calibration control & MSA systematic.
・Provide implement and maintain the department goals and achieve these through continuous improvement of quality measurement.
・Audit, Countermeasure follow up and review supplier' PPAP, In charge of customer claim information & report.
・Ensure all documents for the systems are developed and distributed to all relevant parties to comply with the company Quality system as related to their particular activities.
・Regularly monitor, review quality of customer's product to be in line with company's quality systems and report exposure situation (internal audit).
・To participate in the quality related team ie. APQP, PFMEA and review PQCT, OS, check sheet control, Test report (Durability / Reliability)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, process or industrial) fields.
・At least 2 years of QA&QC in automotive parts in manufacturing fields.
・Have knowledge of 5W1H, 8D, PSW, PPAP, APQP, FMEA report
・Knowledge and understanding of the production process (MFG Process) Stamping Press
・Have knowledge and understanding of the IATF 1649 system (SPC, Process Capability, MSA).
・Have basic knowledge and can use measuring tools well such as Vernier, Micrometre etc.
・Conversation middle level in English
