<Position Objective/Expectation >
- To set up and control of Quality Management System.

<Job Responsibilities>
・To set up and control of Quality Management System.
・Management and Control Activity (Internal Audit, Corrective Action, Renewal Audit, etc.)
・Being responsible for the establishment and control of the document management center, and the planning of the quality assurance procedures for customer service.
・Leading the internal audit activities and external certification, supervising and managing the effectiveness of Total quality management implementation.
・Implementing the QA management system, and planning education and training related to the quality system.
・Being responsible for the establishment of the company's quality control system, and tracking and dealing with various quality problems that arise.
・Management and Improving product reliability and quality, comprehensively improving product quality.
・Being is responsible for the implementation of the ISO system, supplier IQC management, and product IPQC and OQC management.
・Control and Follow up the quality problem information and warranty claim data analysis.
・Control and Follow up the customer requirement confirmation, customer requirement implementation, customer audit handing.
・Management and follow up the quality improvement plan and quality improvement activities.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any field.
・Have working experience at least 10 years of QA in automotive parts in manufacturing fields.
・At least 5 years of management experience as QA in the manufacturing industry dealing with quality management systems and coaching skills.
・Knowledge about IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO9001.
・Can work under Pressure.
・Advance conversation level middle-high level in English
・Skill with Teamwork, Communication, Logical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Positive Thinking and Good relation with Tea
