Work outline: Overall or QA and QC tasks including support a team
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Managing full operation of Quality System Management
Ø    Supplier audit, Internal quality control and Customer complain management
Ø    Control and assure product for improve process and achieve quality target
Ø    Planning, control and monitoring of all Mechanical Production is planned to be completed
Ø    Controlling of non-conformance product to find corrective action and preventive action
Ø    To reduce quantity of non-conformance part in the process and to make Work instruction standard
Ø    Follow up and coordinate concern department continuously
Ø    Developing inspection system, up to date and reduce complex working step
Ø    Improving team and production employees to be able to keep up to date for improve the organization continuously
Ø    To summarize non-conformance produce control in manufacturing process and report to manager
Ø    Inspect and analyze root cause of problem from customer feedback
Ø    Customer service operation quality check (200-300 K.M. around BKK)
Ø    Other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality, Male only, age 35-45 years
Ø    Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical, Civil Engineering
Ø    At least 7 years of direct experience in Quality Engineering operation for Electronics manufacturing business
Ø    Strong leadership, good management skills and supervision
Ø    Good self-organization, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Ø    Able to go to up-country (Not Often)


Prefer:
Ø    Experience in management skill

English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:15 (Mon-Fri)
