<Job Responsibilities>
- Contact oversea & local supplier
- Manage the order with local supplier and oversea supplier
- Support purchasing function and other relevant departments, communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
- Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
- Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
- Control safety stock to meet with target.
- Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.
- Other tasks assigned by Thai Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Having more than 3 years experiences of "Managing order" to both domestic and oversea supplier
- Experience of Coordination with overseas supplier and Forwarder
- Having Conversational middle level of English(Communicate with oversea supplier by e-mail)
- Good computer skills (MS office, Excel, Word, Power Point)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, every other Sat)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศและท้องถิ่น
- จัดการคำสั่งซื้อกับซัพพลายเออร์ในพื้นที่และซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ
- สนับสนุนฟังก์ชันการจัดซื้อและแผนกอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง แจ้งปัญหาด้านอุปทานที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ
- จัดทำและจัดทำใบสั่งซื้อและกำหนดการสั่งซื้อ
- ซื้อสินค้า วัสดุ ส่วนประกอบ หรือบริการตามต้นทุน คุณภาพ และเป้าหมายการส่งมอบที่กำหนด
- ควบคุมสต๊อกสินค้าให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- จัดให้มีการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน ใหม่และที่มีอยู่ และทบทวนกิจกรรมการลดต้นทุน
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการคนไทย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 25 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปีในการ "จัดการคำสั่งซื้อ" ให้กับซัพพลายเออร์ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานกับ Supplier และ Forwarder ในต่างประเทศ
- มี Conversational ระดับกลางของภาษาอังกฤษ (สื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศทางอีเมล)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (MS office, Excel, Word, Power Point)
