Purchasing Officer (Ayutthaya/Fresh graduate welcomed) (18K–25K) (SDG-118059)

<Job responsibilities>
- Be able to develop themselves and be able to manage time
- Obtain the Contact details of the seller, Negotiate prices and terms
- Prepare procurement documents such as PO, PR, and documents for the accounting department.
- Coordinating with the agency that oversees stook stationery
- BOM design (Bill of Materials design) and make a summary Data report on the purchase of raw Materials
- Control TS Technical Specification and ISO system
- Collaborate with the production department to forecast needs and plan procurement accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing raw material in Electronic parts or any industry
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Have communication skills with suppliers and price negotiation skills.
- Conversation Middle in English level to Communicate with Japanese Supplier via email and documents.
- Good Computer skills in Outlook and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Thoughtful, patient, and able to coordinate
- Able to Work overtime (Depending on situation)
- Able to Work under pressure and independently
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Manufacturing (Especially in Automotive/Plastic parts)

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday and Saturday depends on company calendar)
