Work outline: Local and international sourcing (Thai and Japanese supplier) mainly related to dry grocery products
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing P.O. and expedite shipment with suppliers to assure on-time delivery to meet project required date
Coordinating with freight forwarder for customs clearance process and perform all activities required until qualified parts/products/documents are arrived at warehouse.
Follow the company’s quality system.
Coordinating with internal, external functions and suppliers in order to ensure parts/products are delivered as required.
Handling other related duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female/male, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
At least 1 year experience in purchasing or procurement in any industry
Tough, positive working attitude and highly responsible
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
Preferable if having experience in food industry
Languages skills
English: Conversation level
Japanese: Conversational level (N3 and above) –OPTIONAL
Workplace Area: Laksi, Bangkhen
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:45 (Mon - Fri) (Work on public holiday sometimes)
