Duties & Responsibility:
- Mainly responsible for purchasing function
- Handle all purchasing process including documentation and import procedure
- Control delivery schedule and inventory control
- Collect and consolidate document and pass on to accounting office
- Administrative work including HR function such as payroll
- Other work as assigned by superior
- Work ratio
- Purchasing 30%,
- Delivery/Inventory control 40%,
- Accounting Documentation 15%,
- General Affair and HR 15%
Desired skills & experiences:
(Must)
- Thai Nationality Only, Male/ Female (Female is preferable) Age: 25– 30
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR/Administrative Department
- Very good command of English both spoken & written.
- Good service mind, logical thinking, positive working attitude, hardworking and able to do tedious job.
(Preferable Qualification)
Workplace Area: Asoke (MRT Petchaburi) /Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8.00 – 17.00)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
