Job Description
Purchasing Manager (60K-70K) (JO-180426-160929)
Work outline: Responsible for purchasing and importing materials, facilities and parts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Purchasing materials, facilities and parts as request.
Preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Negotiate price and delivery schedule with vendor (Both Local and Oversea).
Making contact with vender/supplier for purchasing.
Make purchasing plan and parts list which should be supplied in according to production plan.
Request quotations from suppliers, following, collecting quotations and negotiation with suppliers.
Analyze the procurement activities and provide strategies related to purchasing.
Analyze the cost offered by the supplier in order to minimize prices and control costs.
Collaborate with other department to ensure the clarity of the specification and expectation of each project.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any field
5-10 years of working experience in purchasing, analyzing or any related field with 3 years in purchasing managerial level.
Able to plan and manage cost material.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create purchasing reports and conduct cost analyse.
Excellent in negotiating skills and communication skills- English.
Good attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
Good command of Microsoft office.

Preferable:
Past experience working with Manufacturing company (Automotive parts).
Knowledge of IATF16949 (คุณภาพยานยนต์)**

Workplace Area: Bang Phli Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) , Saturday twice a month
