Duties & Responsibility:
[Work Outline]:In charge of purchasing materials from Japan
[Products]: Lenses, Lightings for electronics
[Details]:
identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
Processing payments and invoices;
keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future;
forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities;
giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth;
developing an organization's purchasing strategy;
producing reports and statistics using computer software;
ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives;
attending meetings and trade conferences;
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female or Male, age 22 - 30 years old
Good communication skill and able to work cross functionally
Able to communicate with Japanese MD in English.
2 years of experience in Purchasing
Experience in working for Mid-Small size company
[Preferable]
Experience of working in Japanese company
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversation
Japanese: None

Working Hour:09:00 – 17:00 Mon-Fry
