<Job Responsibilities>
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
- Contact different subcontractors for comparison,and control the cost
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Visit site work and control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
- Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, 30-34 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of experience in Project Management of Access control / CCTV system or any related
- Skill: AUTOCAD (basic understanding)
- Good command of verbal and written English (for daily conversation)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Engineering License (Associated level)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดเตรียมกำหนดเวลาประสานงานและตรวจสอบโครงการวิศวกรรมที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดต่อผู้รับเหมาช่วงรายอื่นเพื่อเปรียบเทียบและควบคุมต้นทุน
- จัดเตรียมกำหนดเวลาประสานงานและติดตามโครงการวิศวกรรมที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดำเนินการควบคุมคุณภาพโดยรวมของงาน (งบประมาณกำหนดการแผนงานประสิทธิภาพของบุคลากร) และรายงานสถานะโครงการอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- มอบหมายความรับผิดชอบและทีมงานโครงการพี่เลี้ยง
- เยี่ยมชมไซต์งานและควบคุมแผนโครงการโดยตรวจสอบการออกแบบข้อกำหนดและแผนกำหนดเวลาการเปลี่ยนแปลงและแนะนำการดำเนินการ
- จัดการการปฏิบัติตามการควบคุมคุณภาพและมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดการประกันคุณภาพ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 30-34 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกล
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในการบริหารโครงการระบบ Access control / CCTV หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะ: AUTOCAD (ความเข้าใจพื้นฐาน)
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับการสนทนาในชีวิตประจำวัน)
