Work Outline: Handle overall scope of project, travel to site and report to GM Engineering
Duties & Responsibility:
To understand the situation of on-going PV projects
To report what are serious issues and necessary actions
To negotiate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
To educate 4-5 engineers who work under him, how to manage projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-35 years old
Good educational background in the fields of Engineering
Experienced in handling project management (5 years or more)
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Speaking, listening, writing and reading of English are required skills for this job
(TOEIC Score shall be more than 650 or equivalent)
