Work outline: Monitor overall and coordinate with supply chain
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Ensure Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery and Timing) in the management of Projects
Ø    Identify risk, problem and prepare preventive solution
Ø    Manage all project status reporting on scheduled cycles within set timelines
Ø    Working co-ordinate with other supplier or vendors and Main contractor
Ø    Manage working capital by ensuring that all invoices are submitted accurately and on time as well as ensuring cash collections/accounts receivables meet contractual terms in line with corporate target
Ø    Control Environment monitor and report
Ø    Prepare necessary report and present to management

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality, Male only, age 30-35 years
Ø    Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical, Civil Engineering
Ø    At least 5 years of direct experience in Construction Industry/ Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical field
Ø    Ability to learn and use facility management systems to provide quick response and risk guarantee management
Ø    Well organized project management skill
Ø    High Analytical skill
Ø    Excellent Communication skill
Ø    Excellent PC skills especially in Microsoft Office

English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:15 (Mon-Fri)
