Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinating with the engineer team at Japan and concern function
Managing all model changes and coordinating through platform projects
Preparing/validating reports relating to new model progress
Communicating with customers regarding new model progress and up to date with related parties
Managing and ensuring all activities of new model in compliance with standards and activities defined in the project
Control and coordination of all projects affecting the area of responsibility. Achieve vertical start up and operation and optimum results
Motivate team to improve effectively communication to align the understanding of project information with the others
VA/VE project control, create and manage project to achieve company targets
Problem solving, supervise, advice, coach and evaluate subordinates performance in according to team and individual targets
Desired skills & experiences:
[Minimum Requirements]
Male/Female, Thai Nationality age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Electro-mechanic Engineering or other engineering field
8 years’ experience in Management Level and new model engineering
Have knowledge in vehicle production/automotive field
Familiar ISO/TS16949 requirements, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA
Good skill in Management skill, project management skill, and communicational skill
[Prefer]
Experience new model engineering in automotive industry
Language Skill:
English: Advanced Conversational level
Workplace Area: Bang Bor / Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000-55,000 THB/ Month
