Project Development Manager (Real Estate Development) (100K-150K) (SDG-40771)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors.
 Prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities according to customer requirements.
 Supervise development team on daily basis to execute assigned projects within deadlines and budget.
 Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
 Perform customer negotiations for contractual terms and agreements.
 Participate in project scoping and budgeting of remodel projects.
 Manage all aspects of the due diligence process including but not limited to feasibility studies, geotechnical evaluations, environmental assessments and surveys.
 Prepare project proposals and develop project plan, schedule and budget.
 Develop business presentations for customer as needed.
 Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner.
 Manage the bidding process with the design team and approved general contractors.
 Coordinate and support the construction hand-off to the Construction Project Coordinator



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction or related field
 6 years’ work experience in hotel or real estate property management, Good level of experience with residential property transactions
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in land development, construction, architecture or civil engineering
 Experience working on owner side real estate development environment
 Have knowledge of construction supervision and control of project costs, both high rise and low rise
