Work Outline: Manage national and international conference to reach clients’ highest expectation under provided budget and company’s policies
Duties & Responsibility:
Responsible for international/local conference management in both private and governmental sectors
Control and manage each conference to be in accordance with the regulations in the contract agreed with clients
Control and manage both work processes and staff in the department
Develop and improve working system to be up-to-date
Verify reports and expenses of the department, analyze and control overall operation, evaluate result to be in accordance with the budget and business plan
Create connections with both local and international customers
Communicate and attend the meeting to give advice, review, and suggest standards or points of concern
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Male/Female, age 34-40 years
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
At least 5 years of experience in conference organizing and/or project management from tourism industry
Able to work under pressure
Able to work overtime and on site
Good computer literacy
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in tourism industry would be an advantage
Languages skills
English: Advance conversational level (Highest and above)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Center
Working Hour: 8:30-18:00 (Mon-Fri) *Flexible: can manage own schedules to serve international clients

Salary: 50,000-80,000 THB
